The living space is furnished and has its own kitchen and bathroom.
The use of gas, water, electricity, TV and internet is included in the rent.

Pets, the use of drugs and smoking in and around the building is prohibited

The rental procedure
Request for reservation
Through the form on our website you can submit a request. Enter the desired location, room type and start date. A request is completely free of charge, you are not committed to anything yet.
We will check if the requested type and date is available for the short stay of your choice. If not, we will look at a suitable alternative. We will contact you by email within two business days.
You will receive a rental agreement containing the 1st period rent, deposit and final cleaning fee
You accept the rental agreement by payment of the sum of the 1st rental period, the cleaning fee and the deposit. You will have several days to do so. No contract will be reached in case of non or late payment. You will be notified that your payment has been received.
Shortly before the start of the lease period, our caretaker will contact you to arrange a time. Key exchange takes place during weekdays: Monday through Friday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm).
During the lease period of up to six months, you will receive an invoice around the 20th of each month for the following month’s rental. You have three days to pay the invoice.
The lease ends automatically after six months. You can terminate the contract early with one month’s notice. Our caretaker will make an appointment with you for the final check-out.
Refund of deposit
Between one and four weeks, you will receive the deposit back to the account you specified. The quickness of refund depends on whether damage has been caused. Any damage will be deducted.
Frequently asked questions
How does the reservation request work?
After placing a reservation you will receive an email informing you of availability. If there is no short stay apartment available on the requested date, we will tell you the first available date. If that suits you we send the reservation confirmation.
How does payment work?
On your reservation confirmation you will find the total amount you need to pay. This is the first period rent, the deposit and the one-time final cleaning. You transfer this to the account number provided. After payment, the reservation is final and you will receive confirmation of the payment.
You will receive an invoice around the 20th of each month, which must be paid no later than seven days before the end of the month. If payment is not received in time, we will block access to the apartment.
We require a deposit of € 500 for each type of apartment and a final cleaning fee of € 85.
When and how will I receive the key?
You will not get a key from us. All doors in the building are opened by an app you download on your phone. Of course, we only give you access to the leased appartment and the entrance to the building. You open the app and push against the sensor on the door handle. This will open the door.
After my six months of rent, may I rent for another six months?
You can lease a apartment in the short stay complex for a maximum of 6 months. You are not allowed to lease again after that. You can potentially move to one of our other locations if you want and if an apartment is available.
Is it possible to view an apartment?
No, it is not possible to view the building or any of the appartments. The appartments are constantly occupied, all information can be seen on the photos and video on our website.
Is it allowed to hang picture frames?
No, it is not allowed to drill, screw, nail into the floor, walls and ceiling.
Can I bring my cat?
No, it is forbidden to keep pets in any of our short stay accomodations.
How can I cancel?
Through our Termination Form, you can terminate your lease. Once we receive the cancellation, we will send a confirmation with the adjusted date. You can terminate the contract at any time. You must take into account a notice period of 1 month. On the last day of the rental period, the caretaker will come and do the final inspection with you.
The check out takes place during working days: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5 pm).
