How does it work with cleaning?
The living space is cleaned at the initial handover. During your stay, you keep the living space clean yourself. The common areas are kept clean by us.

There is a central laundry facility in the building that can be used for a fee.

Household waste can be offered in the municipal underground containers.
Should I register?
Registration in the population register is possible. Taxes and charges associated with living in the apartment are not included in the rent and are additionally borne by the tenant, even if the landlord is charged for them.
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are expressly not allowed and are grounds for termination of the lease.
Will I get a key?
The main entrance and individual living space can be accessed with an app on your smartphone.
